3/4 cups unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2-3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
2-4 Tbsp heavy cream, room temp
In a stand mixer or large bowl, cream butter and peanut butter on medium speed for 1 minute. Turn the mixer to high and mix until fluffy.
Turn the mixer down to low speed and slowly add in 3 cups powdered sugar. Mix until fully combined.
Add vanilla and 4 Tbsp of heavy cream. Mix on medium speed until combined. If your frosting needs a more stiff consistency, add remaining powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. If your frosting needs to be thinned out, add remaining cream, 1 Tbsp at a time. Beat on high speed until frosting is smooth and fluffy.
